If you have a valid driver's license, a minimum of 4-5 years of experience (15 years preferred) in paving, and the ability to set grade with expertise, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew to ensure high-quality paving projects.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Utilize your expertise to set grade accurately and efficiently.
• Safely operate equipment, including the BobCat MT100.
• Train and mentor crew members to uphold our standards of excellence.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of paving experience; 15 years preferred.
• Proficiency in setting grade and operating paving equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
